I have Ubuntu 7.04, kernel 2.6.20-16
Aircrack-ng suite 0.9.1 (installed from tar)
Linksys WPC54G ( Broadcom 4306 )
Acer Aspire 3000 ZL5 wireless card ( Broadcom 4318 )
Already with bcm43xx driver working after bcm43xx-fwcutter stuff
airodump-ng works "fine", but my cards seem to "reset" from time to time, and stop monitoring...
I don't know if this has something to do with ubuntu's network manager... ?
And it seems that 4318 it's not fully supported, "transmission power issues"... and it does "reset" more often than 4306, I call it reset because the red led in the laptop's button for wireless blinks, and airodump stops receiving data.
But I think the 4306 can stay up long enough to catch the ivs needed to wep crack, anyway, ivstools can merge ivs, although aircrack-ng -z (ptw) doesn't work with ivs, but well... wireless "works"...
I followed the injection patch
Recompiled my kernel, rebooted, and tryed to play with wireless, but this is what I got:[quote][quote]
Then weird characters flows... and on, and on...
And there's no activity at the airodump-ng
inject_nofcs not found? But I followed the howto, step by step...
Am I missing something?

Couldn't find the location of inject_nofcs. Is your bcm34xx driver patched?
